We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our office.
Job Description
As a receptionist with our agencies, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and incoming calls. Your primary responsibility will be to create a warm and welcoming environment while managing front desk operations efficiently. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about our insurance services.
- Maintain and update client records and files.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
